BAGGAGE: To travel to Israel from North America with most airlines, you are allowed 1 checked luggage totaling (no more) 50lbs. each, plus one piece of hand luggage on board with you. Some airlines have different luggage restrictions. It is the responsibility of the passenger/s to understand the baggage allowance, restrictions based on the terms used on the airlines website or by contacting them directly on the telephone prior to your flight departure. Luggage is the sole responsibility of the passenger and of the airlines. For lost luggage claims, the passenger is responsible to contact and notifying the airlines directly.
RESPONSIBILITY: “Trips Israel LLC; act only as agents for the various companies supplying the services of this tour and shall not be held liable in any way for injury; damage; loss; death; accident; delay or irregularity to any person, place or property, including air transportation or changes in itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control.
It is the responsibility of all passengers to have travel insurance for full travel protection.
UNDERSTANDING: It is understood and agreed to abide by the Security Notice and Directives to the Tour. Passengers agree to accept any and all risks to safety and security during the course of participating in the package tour and hereby release “Trips Israel LLC and any of its suppliers, trustees, officers, agents and employees from any claims which may accordingly arise during the course of participation in the tour.
MEDICAL CONDITION: “Trips Israel LLC and their suppliers are not responsible for any medical conditions that may occur during or prior to the tour.
UNDERSTANDING THE ITINERARY: From time to time, the sites during the tour can change in sequence and or can be missed, due to; delays, traffic, weather, security and or other causes, which cannot be avoided. There are no refunds given for site/s missed.

Protocol for Incoming Individuals & Groups to Israel
Welcome back!
We are glad to share with you the updates regarding the final protocol for
bringing inbound tourism to Israel, which will be for the Individuals & Groups starting from 1st. November 2021.
The requirements are:
A foreign national who does not meet the above conditions will not be allowed to enter Israel through this outline, not even under full isolation conditions (for this case, a new protocol will be published shortly).
The vaccines approved for entering Israel are:
Vaccination and recovery protocol approved by the Israeli Ministry of Health
– Received two vaccine shots; and 14 days or more passed since their second vaccine upon entry to Israel (but no more than 180 days upon leaving Israel).
– Received the booster vaccine dose and 14 days or more passed since their booster shot upon entry to Israel.
– 14 days or more have passed since the vaccination date upon entry to Israel (but no more than 180 days upon leaving Israel).
– Received a booster dose, and 14 days or more have passed since their booster shot upon entry to Israel.
– 11 days or more have passed since the test upon entry to Israel (but no more than 180 days upon leaving Israel).
– Received in addition at least one dose of the vaccines approved by the World Health Organization (in this case, time span and sequence of events is inconsequential).
– Received two vaccine shots and 14 days or more passed since their second vaccine upon entry to Israel (but no more than 180 days upon leaving Israel).
– Received the booster vaccine dose and 14 days or more passed since their booster shot upon entry to Israel (7 days in the case of Pfizer).

Individual travelers will be allowed to enter Israel ONLY as per this protocol.
A separate protocol for Groups(will be published within few days)-that will cover groups where the tourists are vaccinated as above but there are more than 180 days since the second dose (or since the first dose in the case of Johnson & Johnson).
